Our staff dietitian recommends best nutrition practices. We offer healthy choices to accommodate varying dining requirements, such as gluten-free options. We have more than 30 sugar-free dessert options. Our pastry chef is sure to delight your pallet with a variety of baked goods straight from our kitchen.

Introducing Executive Chef Tim Thurn
Tim joins Westminster after a distinguished career with over 26 years of culinary experience. Tim also served as the Executive Chef for Mira Vista Country Club, Dallas Athletic Country Club, Northwood Country Club, and Eastern Hills Country Club. Tim has also shared his culinary knowledge as a Chef Instructor for the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
As a graduate of the Aims Academy for Restaurant Hotel Management, Tim also attended The Culinary Institute of America for his culinary and kitchen management studies. He has comprehensive knowledge in maximizing kitchen productivity and increasing staff performance and morale. In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family.
